Attendees

The Attendees tab displays a variety information regarding your event's registered attendees.

Attendees who register via your Landing Page will automatically appear in the Attendee Roster, and you can manually add individual attendees by clicking Add Attendee or upload a batch of attendees by clicking Upload Attendees and following the prompts. You can Download an excel sheet with all your attendee data by clicking Download Attendees. You can also use the Search field to look up a particular attendee.

View or Edit Attendee Details

Click on an attendee's name to open the Attendee Modal with information about that attendee. Prior to the event, the attendee modal will include information about the sessions for which the attendee is registered. Here you can also Edit the attendee's details. After editing any details, click Save.

💡 Some settings, like access to CE Certificates and access to particular sessions are determined by the Ticket the attendee registers for. Changing an attendees Ticket will update their access to sessions and CE certificates according to the settings of the selected Ticket. For more information on Tickets, see Payments.

💡 In addition to attendee details, you can access the attendee's Attendee Dashboard, Zoom Links for the particular attendee (if any sessions are virtual), and Order Details to view payments information.

Actions on the Attendee Roster

Checking the box next to a name will make the Actions menu appear. From this drop down menu, you perform certain actions.

Update Attendees Status allows you to manually mark selected attendees as passed, failed, or absent for a session. For virtual session, attendance is automatically calculated, so this action is only relevant for In Person sessions, or to manually override incorrect attendance tracking after a session is over. An attendee must be marked as passed in order to be able to complete an evaluation on their Attendee Dashboard and receive CE credits for that session.

💡 Organizers can also manually update attendance status of an individual attendee from within the attendee modal.

Remove from Event removes the attendee from the roster. Removed attendees will still appear in your list with the status Removed. They will not receive any automated emails regarding your event or have any access to your event.

Restore allows you to re-enroll a Removed attendee in the event.

Remove CE Credit Hours allow you to move access to an attendees CE Certificate. Instead, the attendee will receive a certificate of completion. Under CE Status, they will be listed as Completion Only.

💡 Organizers can also disable or remove an attendees CE certificate access from within the attendee modal by editing the attendees details. To do so, open the attendee modal of the attendee by clicking their name in the roster, and click Edit. Then uncheck the CE Credit Hours box.

Selecting Email Attendee from the Actions drop down menu allows you to email the selected attendees. Enter your subject line and email body and click Send.

💡 This is also a quick and convenient way to email access to the Attendee Dashboard of an attendee. Make sure to check the Attendee Dashboard Link box.|

Email Quick Notification to Attendees

Use the Email Attendees button to bulk email attendees on demand.

Edit the subject line and add the body of your email. You can also select if you'd like the email to contain access to the Attendee Dashboard, Send Only to Completed (i.e. to attendees who have already completed their evaluations, if applicable), and Add CE-Go Contact Info in Email Footer. You can also select different segments of attendees whom should receive this email. Click Send Quick Notification, when ready to send.
