Payments

Under the Payments tab you will define how you'd like the Attendees to pay when registering. Use the sub-menu to view the following functions

Tickets is where you will add the registration ticket(s) that will be made available and for what price, including offering an Early Bird registration discount. 

💡 By default, tickets include access to every session in your event and include CE credits, however you can manually deselect any sessions you don't want a particular ticket type to have access to. By deselecting 'CE credits', attendees associated with this ticket type will receive a simple certificate of completion, rather than a CE certificate.

Coupons is where you will create coupon codes you'd like to make available for this event.
💡 Organizers often will use a coupon code in an email, or to grant a specific group of Attendees a discounted rate. 

 When adding a new Coupon, you can adjust the following settings:

  • Name
  • Code - Click "Generate" to automatically create a coupon code
  • Discount Type - Select either a fixed dollar amount or a percentage off for the coupon
  • Discount - The dollar amount or percentage off
  • Limit - The number of times the coupon will be able to be used
  • Coupon Date - Select a start and end date in which the coupon is to be valid
  • Ticket(s) to Apply Coupon to - Choose the ticket type for which this coupon is eligible

Success Messages allows you to customize a message when an Attendee's payment or free registration goes through successfully. 


Donations click the box to add this feature to your registration options.

Please note, in order to process payment for your event, you must Setup for Direct Deposit Payouts.
