Introduction to Banking

The Banking menu allows you to view payment transactions, refunds, fees and organizational revenue on both a global level and on a per event level.If you are planning on hosting paid events, you'll need to connect your bank account under the Settings tab. Click Setup Bank Account and follow the prompts to add your banking details.

Registration and ticket fees collected via your event Landing Pages will be paid directly to your connected bank account, less credit card and processing fees, on a rolling basis. You can see your payouts under the Payouts tab. Click View Details to see itemized information about each payout.

The Transactions tab provides detailed information regarding transactions for all of your events.đź’ˇInvoicing for any platform use or cosponsorship fees takes place after your event completes. Invoices will be emailed directly to the contact on file.
