Event Venues
Event Venues dictate the time zone and location for your event, and whether the event is virtual or in person. The Event Venue will also be displayed on your Landing Page.
You will be prompted to create an Event Venue when you set up your first event, or if you have Event Venues, you can select the venue for your event from the drop down list. See the Quick Start Guide for more information.
You can view and manage all your venues by navigating to Resources --> Event Venues.
Click + Add New Venue and follow the prompts to add a new venue to your account. Add the Name of the venue, a Description which includes any important information, select the venue's Timezone, select Physical or Virtual Venue, and the street address if the venue is physical. Click Submit. When setting up a new Event or Editing General Event Details, the added Event Venue will be available to select from the drop down menu.
💡 Event Venues set up your event in a specific time zone. Keep in mind that if you change the event venue to a different venue in a different time zone, that the event timezone will change as well.
For multi session In Person events with a physical venue, venue information and a map of the Venue will appear on your Landing Page.
You can customize the appearance of your map by navigating to Event Details --> Customize Map, and select a theme for displaying your map on your event's Landing Page.
