Editing General Event Details

Main Event details such as the title, event date, venue, and disciplines may be modified by clicking on "Edit Event": The following event details can be modified from this menu:

  • Event Name
  • Event Description - you can add or edit an overall event description for multi-session events, such as a conference or series. For single session events, the description can be edited directly in Session Details.
  • Event Date
  • Venue
  • Attendee Self-Select Session - selecting this option will allow participants to choose the sessions that they attended in "real-time". This function should only be used for in person Conference Events.
  • Disciplines - Any discipline that is added can be selected in this menu. Selected disciplines will appear in the Event Evaluation. Disciplines that have been either selected during event set up or created via Resources/Approval Agencies & Disciplines can be selected to be included in the Event Evaluation. This will allow your participants to select these disciplines from the Event Evaluation drop down menu:
