Virtual Session
The Virtual Session tab contains all the Zoom based virtual session details and controls for that session.
The owner of the CE-Go account is by default named the Host of the Zoom based session. The Zoom link to start the virtual session will become available to the host 45 minutes prior to the session's scheduled start time. The Host can also be replaced using the Replace button. Additionally you can email the host the link to start the Zoom session by clicking the Send Email button. To edit the contents of the Host Email or to schedule the host email to be sent automatically, click the Edit Host Email button.
If you added your Presenter's email address, they will also be assigned a Zoom link to join the virtual session. You can email any Presenters their link to join the Zoom session by clicking the Send Email button. To edit the contents of the Presenter Email or to schedule the Presenter Email to be sent automatically, click the Edit Presenter Email button.
💡 You can add additional persons to receive Presenter Links by using the Add Another Presenter button. Persons added here will be able to receive Zoom Join Links like Presenters, but they will not be listed as Presenters on your Landing Page or in your Evaluations. This can be a great place to add any additional facilitators or moderators to your session who you'd like to join virtually, but who should not be listed as Presenters in any materials.
By default, virtual sessions are set up as Zoom Webinars. If you prefer your session to be set up as a Zoom Meeting, click the Switch to Meeting button. For more on the difference between Zoom Webinars and Zoom Meetings, please see Zoom's Help Documentation.
💡 The use of CE-Go's Zoom Webinar license is always included at no additional cost. Please note, there are additional fees for using a Zoom Meeting license. Contact us if you have any questions about potential fees.
The Time Threshold indicates how long an attendee must be logged into the virtual session to be eligible for CE credits. Attendees who meet the threshold will be marked passed for this session, and be permitted to complete an Evaluation on their Attendee Dashboard.
