Why doesn't my Certificate Show all my Credits?

If your certificate is not showing the CE credits for all sessions you attended, consider the following tips:

  1. Make sure you have completed evaluations for all the sessions you have attended. Your CE certificate will only reflect CE credits for sessions which you attended and evaluated.
  2. If your Start Evaluation button is gray and you are unable to click through to the evaluation, this means you were not in attendance for the required amount of time to complete an evaluation and cannot obtain CE credits for this sessions. These CEs will therefore not appear on your certificates. If you believe your attendance was marked incorrectly and you should have these CEs on your certificate, reach out to us! 
  3. If there is no option to complete an evaluation after the session has taken place, and a lock icon on the session, this means your ticket does not include access to this session. You are not eligible to attend this session or receive CEs for it, and so no evaluation will be available and the CEs will not be included on your certificate.
