Publish

The Publish menu is where you will decide if the course will be in Draft, Publish, or Archive.  Customize courses further by determining which Category or Section the course will be located in on your Portal.

  • Draft is for courses that are still being created or awaiting approval.
  • Publish is for active courses that participants can register for.
  • Archive is for non-active courses or courses you may want to re-design or reinstate in the future. 

You can easily change the Status, Category, or Section from the Self-Paced Pages. 

Once a course is published, it will be displayed on your Portal.
