Course Portal Settings

CE-Go Event Organizers have access to a Course Portal - a branded website where you can display all your self-paced courses and live events. Use the course portal to feature your courses and events, and allow your Attendees to log into their Member Accounts to access all of your CE-Go hosted Courses and Events. If you are offering any self-paced courses, you will be required to set up your Course Portal first.

Setting up your Course Portal

Access your Course Portal settings by navigating Portal Settings under the Resources Menu.

On the Settings tab, you can customize your portal by adding your logo, homepage image, page titles, colors and more. Click Save Branding before navigating away from the page, and click View Portal to see your Portal.

Create Categories and Sections to which you can assign your Self-Paced courses and Live Events. After you've set up your Categories and Sections, you will have the option to assign those Categories and Sections to courses/events during the process of uploading your course/event to the Portal.

The Categories tab will allow prospective registrants to sort courses on the portal via the Categories button on the home page. For example: Mental Health, Physical Therapy and Massage Therapy.
The Sections tab allows you to add sections to the home page. For example, Live and Self-Paced.


The FAQs tab allows you to set FAQ items to appear at the bottom of your portal home page.

The Instructors tab allows you to add Instructors and customize how they appear.

The Portal Layout tab allows you to move and customize the order of large portions of your Portal Layout including the features outlined above.
