Sponsor Email Sequences

Use Sponsor Email Sequences to keep in touch with your Sponsors and any Virtual Exhibitors.

💡In order to make sure your sponsor contact receives the email, you will need to ensure the correct email address is entered in the Sponsor Email field in the Sponsor entry on the Sponsors tab. For more information on setting up Sponsors and adding the Sponsor Email, see Sponsors.

Click the + sign on the Sponsor Email Sequences tab to create a new email to your Sponsors. You can create and schedule as many Sponsor Emails as you like.

Enter a Message Name to easily identify the email, a the Email Subject and Email body. Select the When to Send field to choose the date and time you'd like your email sent.

💡If you'd like the email only to be sent to a particular category of Sponsor, check the Sponsor Categories box and select which category of sponsor should receive this email.

💡Use the available code snippets to quickly add your event name, date, and link to Exhibitor Booth Set up if needed.

Click the Preview button to see how your email will appear to the recipient, and make sure to click Save after finalizing your email.
