Polls

If you are planning on using Polls for your Zoom based virtual session, you can pre-load the polls to your Zoom session at the Polls subtab, under the Virtual Session tab.

Add a new poll by clicking the Add Poll button.

Name your poll and click Submit.

You will now see your poll appear in the blank space beneath. Click the Create Question button to add a question to this poll. For each question in a poll select whether attendee can submit only a Single Choice or Multiple Choices. Click Add to add answer choices, and click Submit to complete the process of adding a question.

You can add up to 10 questions per poll, and edit or delete your questions within each poll by clicking the Edit or Delete icons next to each question.

You can add up to 50 polls per session and edit the name of the poll or delete the entire poll using the Edit or Delete icons next to the title of the poll.

Hosts or Cohosts of a Zoom based virtual session may launch the poll from within the Zoom app by clicking Polls within Zoom and selecting the poll to launch.

Attendees will be prompted to answer the poll in a pop up box on their screen within the Zoom app. You can watch the results live and once you are satisfied with the number of responses, click End Polling.
