Recordings

By default, all virtual sessions are set to record. You can access your recordings and make them available to attendee by navigating to Session Details -->Virtual Session --> Recordings.

Prior to your virtual session, you can indicate if attendees should receive access to the recordings, whether or not they can download the recordings, and for how long they should have access to the recordings.

If you check Yes for Can attendees view the recording?, after the session attendees can access the recordings on the Attendee Dashboard under the Materials button. They will be able to access the recordings until the selected Expiration Date.

Access your virtual session recordings

After the virtual session is complete, the recordings will also become available to you under Recordings.
