February 2026 Zoom Updates

In order to keep up to date with Zoom's changes, some CE-Go clients will need to update their Zoom Settings. If your Account Manager has notified you of these changes, follow the instructions here to make those updates and avoid disruption in using your Zoom license with CE-Go.

1. Navigate to https://marketplace.zoom.us/, and follow the prompts to log in using your Zoom license login credentials.

2. Select Manage from the top of the screen.

3. Select the app created during your CE-Go Zoom Integration (your app name may differ from what is shown below):

4. From the App Credentials page, copy your Account ID

5. Navigate to the Feature page. Under General Features, click the pencil icon to edit.

6. Click the carrot next to Authentication Header Option to display options, then select Custom Header.

7. In the Header Key field, type "verification-token". In the Header Value field paste the Account ID, previously copied. Then click the Validate button above. Click Save.
