CE Approvals

If you are an approved provider of continuing education by a board or agency, Approval Agencies & Disciplines is where you will add all your approval statements and information. After adding your Approval Agency here, you can associate that approval with individual events.

This area can be accessed by navigating to Resources --> CE Approvals.

Approval Agencies

To add an Approval Agency, click the Add a New Approval Agency button.

Enter the Name of the Approval Agency, the agency logo, the Agency Abbreviation, and the Provider Statement that should appear on your CE certificate and landing page. There are several other important options to customize here as well:

• Requires Exam for Online Sessions - only check this box if the approval agency requires an exam for virtual sessions. This does not apply to most approval agencies.
• Show credits earned for this approval on the attendee certificate - check this box if you want the overall number of CE credits offered to appear next to the approval statement on the CE certificate.
• Provide Certificate per Session - check this box if your approval agency requires that CE certificates be administered for each individual session attended, rather than accepting one CE certificate that denotes all sessions attended.

Now that your approval agency has been added, you will be able to apply this approval to individual events. See Provider Statements for more information on adding approvals to individual events.
