Help! I cannot get logged into my training

Here are the most common solutions to getting logged into your live training:
- Confirm that you are referencing the correct day and time listed for the live session. We host trainings that vary in time zones, based on the location of the presenter.
- Is a business/work computer blocking your access to Zoom due to a firewall or setup security protocol?
You may want to try using a different device (tablet, phone, alternate computer). - Check that the internet is working at your location. If your WiFi speed is not fast enough, and you only need internet access to a single device, plug an available ethernet cable into the first port on the back of the modem, and the other end into your computer or device for a stronger signal.
- Try using a different web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
