I Can't Find My Zoom Link

If you have a scheduled webinar training and need help finding your Zoom link, try the following methods.

Registration Confirmation Email

Your initial registration email includes information about your event, such as the title, time, and time zone. But more importantly, this email contains the link to your Attendee Dashboard. The Attendee Dashboard is going to be your hub for your training event. You can find this link near the bottom of the email, you'll see a blue button for your Attendee Dashboard.

If you click this button, it'll take you to a separate page where you can join the webinar and access any session materials, such as handouts. Click on the green "Join Webinar" or "Join Meeting" button, and this will take you directly into the training call. No need for a Meeting ID or Passcode.

Note: Be sure to check the email address that you registered for the event with. This is where you will receive updates regarding your event. If you still don't see it in your inbox, try checking your Spam folder.

Requesting A New Attendee Dashboard Link

If you can't find your welcome email, click here >> https://app.ce-go.com/attendees/access-link. Enter the email address that you registered for the event with, and select your event from the dropdown list. This will send you a new email with the link to your Attendee Dashboard. Open your Dashboard and click on the green "Join Webinar" or "Join Meeting" buttons to access your training.

Note: If your Attendee Dashboard button isn't working, you can always copy and paste the link at the bottom of the email.
